ASAP-Bio offers international student and staff exchanges through Erasmus+ KA171 funding. This three-year programme (2026–2029) creates learning opportunities for students and staff at Aarhus University and our partner institutions in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Uganda.

This programme is open to students and staff at Aarhus University and our three partner institutions. Participants must be:
Up to 36 student mobilities for thesis work, research activities, or study periods at partner institutions. Students typically spend 5–6 months abroad, gaining hands-on experience in integrated sustainable animal production systems (ISAPS).
Up to 18 incoming staff mobilities for lecturing, curriculum development, and capacity building at Aarhus University. Typical visits last 5–10 days.
Up to 8 outgoing staff mobilities for Aarhus University staff to teach, train, and conduct research at partner institutions. Typical visits last 5–10 days.
12 student exchanges (153 days each) + 6 incoming staff + 2 outgoing staff = 20 mobilities
